The Canadian Paper Money Journal was published quarterly from 1965 to 1992, Vol. 1-28. In 1993, it switched to an annual publication focusing on longer articles. A new serial, the Canadian Paper Money Newsletter, which contained shorter articles, market news, note registries and other items, replaced the old quarterly journal. In 2001, the title of the annual journal changed to the Canadian Paper Money Society Journal.
