In 1989, R. Paul Nadin-Davis founded Lincoln Heights Coin & Stamp located in Lincoln Heights Galleria mall on Carling Ave in Ottawa, Canada after buying the business from Peter Degraaf. The business moved to a new location on Carling Ave beside the mall in 1994, and in mid-1996 Lincoln Heights Coin & Stamp became a division of Arctic Coin (Ottawa) Inc. . By the end of 1996, the Lincoln Heights Coin & Stamp names was phased out the company operated as Arctic Coin. The business was again renamed Accu-Rate Rare Coins (2000), was a division of Accu-Rate Foreign Exchange (opened in 1990). The numismatic side of the business closed around 2004 and Accu-Rate Foreign Exchange closed in 2016.
