In 1988, R. Paul Nadin-Davis founded Lincoln Heights Coin and Stamp located on Carling Ave in Ottawa, Canada after buying the business from Peter Degraaf. The business was later renamed Arctic Coin (c.1996) and finally Accu-Rate Rare Coins (2000), which was a division of Accu-Rate Foreign Exchange. The numismatic side of the business closed around 2004.
